Notes:
• Commissions will be done through Google Forms where I review each form and approve the ones I would like to take. Make sure to check out the details and information in the "Preference, Process, & Terms" tab below before filling one out.
• Backgrounds are simple solid color/gradient by default. Detailed backgrounds may have additional fees depending on the amount of detail.
• All commission options are mostly drawn in "thigh-shot" or "knee-shot "by default, unless a specific pose and composition was requested.
• Pose, gesture, and expression can be provided by the client or be left to my choice.
• Price may increase further depending on level of detail.
• Commission may take up to a maximum of two months to complete.

Process

📝 STEP 1 : FILL OUT THE FORM
To request a commission slot, first, you must fill out the commission form I've provided here via Google Forms . Make sure to have visual references of your character/s of choice.📩 STEP 2 : WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION AND INVOICE
After filling out the form, they will be reviewed along with the requests and accept the ones I would like to do. If your form was accepted, I'll send out a Twitter DM or email confirming the details of your commission. During this, you are free to discuss additional details or changes regarding your commission request. After the confirmation, I will send out the PayPal invoice and wait for the payment before proceeding.
Note: If you did not receive a response after filling out the form, unfortunately, not all submissions get accepted as the selections are based on what I'm most comfortable with and which I can finish within a reasonable amount of time. Sorry :(

⏳ STEP 3 : WAIT IN QUEUE
Once payment has been made, I will inform you of your queue number. I will start on your commission after the commissioned artwork before you has been finished. You will be informed of this via Twitter DMs or email. The status/progress of the queue will be updated in my Twitter bio.✏️ STEP 4 : SKETCH REVISIONS
After I have informed you that I've started on your commission, wait for me to send the sketch of the artwork. After receiving the sketch, you may freely request for any edits or revisions with the artwork during this phase (up to a max. of 4 times). Once you are satisfied with the revision, I'll resume working on the artwork.✍ STEP 5 : POST REVISIONS
Once I have finished the commissioned artwork, I'll send another preview of the artwork to ask again for your feedback. Edits can be requested and done as long as they are feasible.🖼️ STEP 6 : DISTRIBUTION OF FILES
Once you have approved and is satisfied with the final output of the artwork, I'll send the hi-res image file/s via Google Drive or email attachment, whichever is preferred.
Terms of Service
EDITS/REVISIONS OF ARTWORK:
• During the sketch/line-art phase, you may request for edits up to a maximum of 4 times.
• Further edits after the limit will cost an extra $5 fee per edit.
• You may request revisions of the final output as long as they are feasible. This will count to the same 4 max. amount of edits.PAYMENT:
• Payments are done via PayPal.
• Payment currency must be in USD.
• Payments are upfront and must be made within 48-hours after the invoice has been sent, otherwise your commission slot will be automatically removed and replaced by another commissioner.
• Alternatively, you may request to pay in half during the confirmation stage if you cannot pay for the full amount yet. You may pay the remaining amount in a later time until the line art has been finished.
• Once payment has been made, you will be placed in the commission queue and inform you of your number. Once the commission before you has been completed, I will inform you of its status before I proceed sketching your commissioned artwork.WORKTIME LENGTH AND DELAYS:
• Your commission may take up from 2-8 weeks to finish. Please be patient as I can become busy with real life stuff. Do note that I try to ensure that each commission I work on is done at my best quality.
• You will be informed of any delays or postponement in case I have become busy with work/college or have ongoing health problems. Otherwise, rest assured that I won't abandon working on your commission unless you have requested for a refund.REFUNDS:
• During the sketch/line-art stage, you may ask for a refund if it is not up to your satisfaction or you encounter financial problems.
• You cannot request for a refund after you have approved the sketch/line-art.
• 80% of the amount you paid for will be refunded. (40% if you paid in half.)
• In case your commission has not been completed within 8 weeks (2 months) and the final output has not been delivered yet, you may request for a full refund.RIGHTS OF IMAGE:
• You are free to use the commissioned artwork for any non-commercial purposes, such as profile icons, banners, character galleries, social media posts etc.)
• You cannot use the commissioned artwork for commercial reasons without my permission (e.g. selling of prints, merchandise, or any product that contains the commissioned artwork.) If you wish to use them for this purpose, please discuss them with me before the transaction.
• I am likely to post and publish the commissioned artwork in my social platforms and use them for my portfolios. If you want to keep the commissioned artwork private, feel free to let me know.
